As AI becomes increasingly integrated into national strategies and everyday life, its impact on how we learn, work and grow is profound. With AI adoption accelerating across key sectors, the conversation is shifting from trust alone to skills:
What skills do we need? Who needs them? And how do we build them responsibly across the ecosystem?
Ensuring that AI adoption is responsible, inclusive and empowering requires collaboration across sectors.
This seminar explores three essential pillars of AI skill development:
- Industry: Sharing hands-on insights into the competencies companies need most today and discussing how they envision future talent driving AI innovation and productivity.
- Society: Engaging in dialogue on the value of Luxembourg-made training and lifelong learning opportunities, highlighting initiatives as gateways for citizens and professionals to upskill and embrace AI responsibly.
- Academia: Showcasing how cutting-edge AI research feeds into skill creation, and how the University promotes inclusive educational pathways across engineering, computer science, law, humanities, and social sciences to build a well-rounded AI talent base.
This seminar invites participants to explore AI with curiosity, in a space that is both professional and inclusive. By bringing together diverse voices and perspectives, the event aims to spark dialogue, foster collaboration and help lay the groundwork for a more connected and skill-ready AI ecosystem.
